I wrong before your eyes

Your hand

holds mine,

tighter--- firmer.

I turn my back on You

Your arms

wrap me still,

more gently --- more kindly

for the nth time -

I throw harsh words on You

Your heart 

welcomes me freely,

sweeter --- warmer

for the nth time -

I walk away from You

Your feet

consistently follow me,

more patiently --- more lovingly
